By accessing and using the Autocall dashboard ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Autocall provides a service that allows organizations and individuals to record voice messages and broadcast them to a specific, pre-approved list of phone numbers provided by the user.

3. Acceptable Use and Anti-Spam Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. Autocall has a zero-tolerance policy for spam, unsolicited telemarketing, and illegal robocalling.

4. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to monitor usage and immediately suspend or terminate any account that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, generates excessive complaints, or uses the Service to contact individuals without their explicit consent.

5. Data Privacy

We only collect the minimum necessary data (such as name and email via Google OAuth) to provide you with access to the dashboard. We do not sell or share your personal information or your contact lists with third parties. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
